Prioritize & complete millions of outbound calls per day, the Newfound VXML Dialer is a complete software solution that delivers robust outbound dialing for emergency response and customer service. Powered by Nuance and VoiceXML, the Newfound VXML Dialer drives speech or touch-tone outbound call campaigns with greater control, automation, reporting and flexibility. Try Traffic.com for free to test the VXML Dialer.
With a wealth of features and simple web interface, the VXML Dialer empowers system managers to run successful, concurrent outbound dialing campaigns. Log in to the web-based dashboard to pause and resume campaigns, edit the number of retries for call attempts (ex. ring-no-answer, busy or SIT tone) as well as modify call & campaign priorities.
Customers deliver call records to the VXML Dialer through a variety of flexible APIs (web service, call record files, CSV, SQL, etc.). Upon reciept, the VXML Dialer constantly re-prioritizes call records based on time of day, call priority, retries and requested call completion time. The VXML Dialer ensures the most important outbound call is always made first.
Traffic.com deploys Newfound's MediaMixer & VXML Dialer to provide up-to-the-minute traffic reports to user's phones while extending the Traffic.com brand in its VoiceXML applications .
