IntelliSPEECH is part of SDC's TOTAL CALL HANDLING SOLUTION - a modular, integrated suite of enterprise directory applications consisting of IntelliSPEECH, IntelliDESK® PC-Based Operator Console, and Web-Services Online Enterprise Directory. Vocalocity's VocalOS Voice Gateway is a VoiceXML 2.0 and Speech Application Language Tags (SALT 1.0) compliant interpreter. The Gateway provides the coordination of multiple resources including telephony, voice recognition, text-to-speech, audio, media caching, VoiceXML and SALT interpretation, billing integration and systems management. The Gateway has been specifically designed to manage a distributed network of these components. In addition, the Gateway seamlessly integrates disparate resources, allowing customers to use existing equipment, tie into existing legacy systems, and drive down costs by allowing customers to shop for components that best fit their needs.
