Newfound IP Call Recorder application is compatible with key Avaya IP telephony and contact centers solutions

Lawrence, MA — Newfound Communications a leading call recording and self service/IVR applications, today announced that its IP Call Recorder is compliant with key Internet protocol (IP) telephony and contact center solutions from Avaya (NYSE:AV), a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.

The Newfound IP Call Recorder helps businesses reliably record any phone call in a carrier, enterprise or contact center telephony environment. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya SIP Enablement Services and Avaya Communication Manager.
