The Newfound MediaMixer 1.4 delivers engaging, branded and entertaining VoiceXML applications. The Newfound MediaMixer is a fully functional VoiceXML 2.1 compliant platform powered by Nuance. Unique to the MediaMixer, our product overlays a second channel of audio during a VoiceXML phone call. By working in concert with VoiceXML and VoIP, the MediaMixer feeds branded music, sound effects and audio only to the caller. The second channel is independent of the IVR prompts & speech recognition.

Audio effects can easily be initiated by VoiceXML applications and include fade in, volume control, fade out and voice navigation tools such as fast forward, rewind or pause. For second channel audio, the MediaMixer plays many of the popular telephony audio formats (.ulaw, .alaw, .WAV, etc.).
